Conference Hotel and Dayton Location Information
Venue/Hotel
The venue for MFPT 2012 will be the
Crowne Plaza Hotel
in Dayton, OH. The Hotel has recently had a major remodeling
and gives us an excellent location in downtown
Dayton, a short walk from the historic
Oregon District,
which features some excellent additional upscale dining including
Jay's seafood restaurant,
Sidebar 410, and
Coco's.

We have arranged a block of rooms at
government per diem rate for everyone
($82 per night + applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%),
a rate the hotel will honor either side of the conference dates*. The hotel package includes
free parking for the duration of your
stay and free wireless internet access
throughout the hotel.
Note that the hotel also offers a free
shuttle service to and from Dayton International Airport. To take
advantage of this service, please call the Hotel's Front Desk on
arrival at the Airport, either using the phone at the Crowne Plaza kiosk by the baggage claim, or directly on
937 224 0800.
Book Now
The Hotel has now released rooms from our block,
since the official
cut-off date was 2 April 12. However, you should still be
able to obtain the MFPT rate by calling the Hotel
Directly on 937 229 9835 during normal working hours and asking to
speak to Rhonda Webster of In-house Reservations
and mentioning Society for Machinery
Failure Prevention Technology (MFPT).

the Hotel) or

There are a number of direct flights from Europe to Cincinnati from
Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London Gatwick, Paris and Rome. Alternatively you may wish to plan a
